This Privacy Policy describes what personal data content.seogeeks.com.ua (the "Service"), owned and operated by SEOGeeks, collects and processes when you use the platform to generate SEO article outlines, texts, and translations based on Google search results analysis.

2. What data we collect

Registration data: email, contact details (Telegram or phone number), password (stored only as an irreversible hash), and your chosen interface language.
Service usage data: keywords and competitor URLs you submit for analysis; generated article outlines, texts, and translations; Editorial Policy settings (brand, audience, and tone-of-voice information) that you provide yourself; your task history and token balance.
Payment data: when topping up your token balance — the amount, currency, transaction status, and an internal order reference. The Service never receives or stores your card details — these are handled exclusively by the WayForPay payment processor.
Technical data: IP address and request metadata recorded in server technical logs, to the extent necessary for the Service's secure operation.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to: provide access to the Service's features; generate content using artificial intelligence technologies; track token balances and payments; provide technical support; keep your account secure; and improve the quality of the Service.

To fulfill your requests, the Service relies on the following external service providers (subprocessors), each receiving only the minimum data needed (typically, the text or URL you submitted, without directly identifying you).

The Service does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data storage and protection

Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash. Sensitive credentials (third-party service API keys in the admin panel) are encrypted before storage. Connections to the Service are protected via HTTPS.

6. Data retention period

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Once a deletion request is confirmed, your identifying data (email, contact details) is anonymized and login becomes impossible; aggregate usage statistics (e.g., total words generated) may be retained in anonymized form.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request its correction; withdraw consent to processing; and submit a data deletion request directly from your dashboard ("Request data deletion"). Requests are processed by the Service's administrator.
